Shipping and Payment Options
Shipping
Our warehouse is located in Switzerland.
SBD Switzerland ships exclusively with PostPac Priority or Economy within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us with the tracking code for the parcel.
Shipping costs
The following shipping costs apply to our Swiss customers:

Collection in person
At checkout you can choose collection instead of one of the shipping options, in which case no shipping costs apply. Collection takes place at our warehouse and showroom in the canton of St. Gallen.

An appointment must be arranged for collection to make sure somebody is on site.
Payment
Payment in advance
With payment in advance you transfer the amount to our account before we dispatch the order. The order is only dispatched once the full amount has reached us. If the amount has not reached our account after 14 days, your order will be cancelled. You will receive our bank details by email as soon as your order comes in.
Maestro, Mastercard, American Express & Visa
You can pay for your order by Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or Visa. This allows us to process and dispatch the order immediately, and no payment surcharge applies.
PostFinance & Post E-Finance
As a Post E-Finance customer you can use your yellow Direct ID or log in to your e-banking through Swiss Post and transfer the amount straight away. Alongside Mastercard and Visa this is the cheapest and fastest payment method. No fees apply and your order is dispatched as quickly as possible.
PayPal
PayPal is a free payment method that guarantees you a secure payment. To pay, log in to PayPal and confirm the payment. Your bank details or card number are stored in your PayPal account, so this data is not transmitted during the payment. A PayPal account is required.
TWINT
With TWINT there is no complicated card number to enter. You simply pay in a few seconds from your smartphone using a QR code. Open the TWINT app and point the camera at the QR code shown in the online shop. Alternatively, enter the short code displayed in the online shop or in the app. A TWINT account is required.
Purchase on invoice (idealBILLING+)
Order conveniently and buy now, pay later. With purchase on invoice you receive your goods as usual and then have 30 days to settle the invoice amount. This lets you check your order at your leisure before making the payment, with no advance payment and without storing card details. A one-off fee of CHF 2.90 applies to purchase on invoice.

Payment by instalments (idealBILLING+)
Larger purchases can be spread flexibly over several months with our instalment option. You choose whether to pay the amount in two or three instalments, entirely according to your own needs. That keeps you financially flexible without having to wait for the product you want.
Example for three instalments and a basket value of CHF 1,500.00:
- Instalment: CHF 508.00 - due within 10 days of the invoice date
- Instalment: CHF 508.00 - due within 40 days of the invoice date
- Instalment: CHF 508.00 - due within 70 days of the invoice date
A one-off fixed processing fee of CHF 24.00 (incl. VAT) applies to payment by instalments. All further conditions as well as information on the credit check are set out in our Terms and Conditions.
Google & Apple Pay
Apple Pay and Google Pay make shopping easier with user-friendly and secure payment methods. With Apple Pay, users can store their credit or debit cards securely in the Wallet app and make contactless payments using Face ID, Touch ID or a PIN. Google Pay offers similar functionality for Android devices, letting users manage their payment information securely and pay with their smartphone or a wearable device. Both services use advanced security technologies such as tokenisation and encryption to protect users' privacy and security. Apple Pay and Google Pay are both available in our shop.
Shop Pay
Shop Pay, a payment method from Shopify, offers a simple and secure solution for e-commerce transactions. Users can store their payment information once and then pay with a single click in participating online shops.
