How long does shipping take?
We dispatch Monday to Friday, usually within 24 hours of your order. The parcel then takes an average of 2-4 working days within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. We send all parcels with Swiss Post. You can choose between PostPac Economy and PostPac Priority.
Do you have a shop where I can try the products on?
We have a showroom in Oberbüren, canton of St. Gallen. You can find more about it on our showroom page. Come by, see our products in person and try them for yourself.
Can I buy on invoice?
We offer purchase on invoice and payment by instalments through our payment provider Ideal Payment. Klarna and TWINT's pay-later function are also available.
