- Measure the circumference of your knee over the patella with your leg extended but relaxed.
- Measure the circumference at the widest part of your calf with your leg extended but relaxed.
- Use the larger of the two values to determine your size from the table.
- If you prefer a very tight fit, which suits heavy strength training in particular, we recommend going down one size.
Knee sleeves in the regular fit already sit close to the leg. If you are new to wearing knee sleeves, we recommend choosing the size given in the table rather than sizing down, particularly if you are a size M or smaller.
We recommend cleaning your knee sleeves by hand with water or a mild detergent (a specialist neoprene wash if you have one). Then leave the knee sleeves to air dry.
The spin cycle of a washing machine can damage the knee sleeves, as they become quite bulky when wet and may catch or be damaged by wringing. The high heat of a washing machine or dryer breaks down the rubber in the knee sleeves, which can lead to shrinkage or brittleness.

How do I find the right knee sleeve size for me?
Measure the circumference of your knee joint with your leg extended and your muscles relaxed. Measure around the middle of your kneecap and around the thickest part of your calf. If your calf is more than 4cm larger than your knee, we recommend going up one size to ensure a good fit.
If you want a very tight fit, for example for maximal attempts in powerlifting competition, we recommend going down one size. Even a regular fit will already feel close.
For sizes smaller than Medium we do not recommend sizing down again.
What has changed with the updated 7mm knee sleeves?
The updated 7mm knee sleeves offer the same great support as our original knee sleeves, and now feature our antimicrobial treatment, a technology that minimises bacteria and reduces odour.
