Most of our customers prefer the flexible wrist wraps in size Medium.
If you have very small wrists, we would recommend choosing size Small.
The wrist wraps in size Large are mainly for people competing (the maximum IPF length of 1m).
Stiff gives maximum immobilisation of the wrist (maximal strength training). Flexible still allows slight flexion of the wrist (fitness and general strength training).
We recommend hand washing the wrist wraps with warm water and a mild detergent, then allowing them to air dry. Do not machine wash or dry, as this can damage the material and fabric of the wrist wraps.

How long will the Forge edition be available?
The Forge edition is a limited run and will only be available in limited quantities. Once it has sold out, there will be no restock.
Which length is right for me?
For women with small wrists we would recommend size S (40cm).
The 60cm version is our bestseller and the one we would recommend if you are unsure which length suits you best.
Competitive athletes can also go for the maximum length of 1m if they already have experience with longer wrist wraps.
What is the difference between stiff and flexible?
The flexible version has more stretch, while the stiff version only gives slightly.
If you prefer maximum immobilisation of the wrist, the stiff version is the one for you. We recommend the stiff wrist wraps for pressing heavy weights in the maximal strength range.
The flexible version still allows slight movement of the wrist, which makes it ideal for general fitness and strength athletes.
