If your measurements fall on the borderline between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit.
Our SBD singlets are sized on the athlete's weight. Athletes who are tall or short for their weight class are recommended to adjust the singlet up or down by one size.
Hand wash your SBD singlet with a mild detergent in warm water, then allow it to air dry. Do not put the singlet in a machine dryer, as the heat can damage the material.

If a lifter is exceptionally tall for their body weight, they may prefer to go one size up from the size chart recommendation.
How does the women's version differ from the men's?
Overall the sizing is similar, with a few differences between the two fits. The women's fit narrows at the waist, has a shorter torso section and wider leg openings.
