The elbow sleeves stretch more than the knee sleeves, so if you are between sizes we would suggest going for the smaller size.

These elbow sleeves provide maximal support and compression for the joint, while ensuring the elbow is free to move easily, preserving range of motion.

The sleeves combine the high grade neoprene used in our knee sleeves with a thinner interior panel, ideal for pulling and pressing motions.

Sold as a pair.
Combines a 5mm interior panel for freedom of movement and a 7mm exterior panel for maximum joint support.

Care & cleaning

We recommend cleaning your elbow sleeves by hand with water or a mild detergent (a specialist neoprene wash if you have one). Then leave the elbow sleeves to air dry.

The spin cycle of a washing machine can damage the sleeves, as they become quite bulky when wet and may catch or be damaged by wringing. The high heat of a washing machine or dryer breaks down the rubber in the elbow sleeves, which can lead to shrinkage or brittleness.

Can I still move my arms freely in the sleeves?

Yes, the SBD elbow sleeves are made from two different layers of neoprene. The outer layer is 7mm and the inner part of the arm uses a slightly thinner 5mm layer. This gives you maximum comfort while optimising your freedom of movement in use.
