Deadlift sock sizing is based on shoe size and on your preferred sock length, which can be measured from the floor to the top of the shin. Choose the size that best matches your own measurements.
If you have large calves, we recommend going up one size.
We recommend washing the socks at no more than 40°C, as this preserves the durability of the material and prevents shrinkage from high heat.
Allow the socks to air dry after washing. We advise against putting the socks in a machine dryer, as the heat can damage the material.
