- Measure the circumference of your knee over the patella with your leg extended but relaxed.
- Measure the circumference at the widest part of your calf with your leg extended but relaxed.
- Use the larger of the two values to determine your size from the table.
Knee sleeves in the regular fit already sit close to the leg. If you are new to wearing knee sleeves, we recommend choosing the size given in the table rather than sizing down, particularly if you are a size M or smaller.
We recommend cleaning your knee sleeves by hand with water or a mild detergent (a specialist neoprene wash if you have one). Then leave the knee sleeves to air dry.
The spin cycle of a washing machine can damage the knee sleeves, as they become quite bulky when wet and may catch or be damaged by wringing. The high heat of a washing machine or dryer breaks down the rubber in the knee sleeves, which can lead to shrinkage or brittleness.

What is the difference between the SBD Weightlifting Knee Sleeves and the original SBD Knee Sleeves?
The SBD Weightlifting Knee Sleeves were developed specifically for weightlifting, which makes them ideal for dynamic movements such as those in CrossFit or weightlifting.
Compared with the standard SBD knee sleeves they are shorter in length and made from a fabric with more stretch.
